The Role

Fairstone is recruiting for a business quality manager to join the firm undertaking suitability assessments of adviser business to ensure good customer outcomes.

You will be an integral part of a central business quality team, responding to deadlines and service levels that require a focus and dedication to quality and principles of Fairstone.

Key responsibilities

The ideal person



  • Quality assesses both pre-sale and post-sale client reviews
  • Provide feedback to advisers
  • Reporting to the Head of Business Quality


  • The ideal person would be familiar with most aspects of the wealth management advice process.
  • This would be investments (new and replacement business), pension (new and replacement business) as well as drawdown and IHT planning.


  • Minimum level 4 qualified in financial planning. Ideally level 6 or studying towards.
