The Role

  • In the role of financial adviser you will be a part of our growing remote advisory team.
  • Potential clients will be introduced via our contact centre team and group advisory channels.
  • Full training will be provided, along with exam support towards CII Chartered Status.

Qualifications

 

  • Accountable for providing full financial planning services to assigned clients
  • Responsible for service delivery to all clients
  • Responsible for agreeing suitable current and future service for perspective clients
  • Responsible for introducing assigned or perspective clients to group advisory channels where client needs require more complex advice
  • Ensure conduct risk frameworks are fully followed, including all applicable policies, processes, procedures and practices
  • Ensure adherence to the core teams advice process and advice standards
  • Ensure adherence to all requirements of the group training and competence regime

 

  • Client focused
  • A good overall understanding and knowledge of the UK regulatory environment
  • A strong overall understanding of the advisory process
  • The ability to work and collaborate as part of a team
  • The ability to meet commercial targets
  • Excellent interpersonal skills demonstrated by an ability to build rapport and trust with existing and potential clients, as well as developing good working relationships with colleagues
  • Previous experience of working within financial services, as a financial adviser, paraplanner or mortgage adviser
  • Proficient with technology to support a remote advice process

 

  • Level 4 Diploma Qualified as a minimum, preferably holding or working towards Chartered status
