The Role

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a professional office manager based in our Wakefield office. You will manage and lead the team, showing enthusiasm for Fairstone policies and process, so that we may deliver market leading services to our clients. You will be part of a fast-paced team managing the work generated by our independent financial advisers and offering support as required.

The role

About you

 

  • You will report into the head of office and provide line management to our back-office team.
  • You will manage the back-office team to ensure a high level of technical and administrative support is provided to advisers while maintaining an excellent level of customer service to our clients.
  • You will be a point of contact for clients and third parties dealing with general enquiries.
  • You will be responsible for business submission and ensuring that business obtained is being processed in a timely way.

 

  • As office manager, you will be leading an already successful team that provides market leading customer service.
  • You will possess great communication skills and be able to motivate and lead from the front.
  • Your leadership and customer service skills will result in your team maintaining the high levels of customer satisfaction and customer advocacy we strive for.
  • Ideally, you will have been working in financial services for several years and have good all-round knowledge which you are looking to expand and develop.
  • You have excellent IT skills, are highly organised and can make decisions.
  • You are a self-starter and able to work with little or no supervision.
  • A relevant qualification such as the FPC or progress towards the CII Level 4 Diploma would be an advantage but is not essential.
