The Role

The role involves supporting financial advisers with day to day administration tasks such as processing LoAs, client annual reviews and processing new business. You will be liaising with a range of contacts including providers, clients and advisers.

Qualifications

 

  • Prepare annual review and meeting packs to assist the IFA/client meeting process.
  • Liaise with various providers, gathering and correlating plan / policy information and ensuring a smooth and timely business process.
  • Composing Letters of Authority and chasing providers for relevant policy information.
  • General administration duties including filing, scanning, invoicing and post.

 

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organisational skills to plan and manage own workload and prioritise tasks as appropriate.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and achieve agreed outcomes without supervision.
  • Have Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients with excellent interpersonal skills both written and verbal with an aptitude to quickly build rapport.

 

  • C or above in Maths and English GCSE.
  • IFA background advantageous.
