The Role

The role involves working closely with a team of financial planning consultants.

The purpose of the role initially is to provide administration support to the paraplanning team processing annual reviews, new business and undertaking general administration.

Support for future qualifications will be provided to enable the successful applicant to further their knowledge and ability in the role to Diploma level.

Key Responsibilities

The Ideal Person

 

  • Extract client data from fact find.
  • Obtain information, quotes, illustrations and product details, and provide comparisons for analysis.
  • Assist in identifying areas for planning and identify solutions suitable to meet the client’s needs and objectives.
  • Research, analyse and complete recommendation reports for the adviser.
  • Prepare suitability letters and reports.
  • Fully understand the Fairstone compliance procedures.

 

  • This is an exciting opportunity for a responsible, self-motivated, well organised candidate with good IT skills to develop their career in a fast-growing financial advice firm.
