At Fairstone we believe in investing in future talent and in supporting the development of potential across the business, especially when it comes to encouraging those in the first steps on their career paths.

Our clients tell us repeatedly that it is our people who make the difference so our on-going commitment to invest in people is one of the simplest decisions we make.

In recent years, the apprenticeship landscape has changed in a positive way on all fronts; apprentices add value through diversifying the workplace and they help businesses like ours to develop future skills.

19-year-old Aaron joined Fairstone as an apprentice in the admin team in October 2016 and is now a full-time allocations assistant.

24-year-old Kiera joined the firm in 2013 as a trainee admin assistant. She has since gone on to secure hospitality and marketing roles within the company before taking up her current role as integrations assistant.

17-year old Lewis started an IT apprenticeship at Fairstone in August 2018 and is now a full-time IT support analyst.
