Fairstone’s mergers and acquisitions team has a wealth of experience and together they work to ensure the successful transition of IFA businesses and individual advisers into the wider Fairstone team.

The team works to build relationships with advisers and they are the key point of contact for business principals throughout the initial stages of both the Downstream Buy Out (DBO) and the Individual Buy Out (IBO).
