The deal marks the second acquisition by Fairstone this year and supports the group’s strategic growth plans and nationwide coverage.

Established more than 25 years ago and specialising in holistic financial planning, MT Financial Management is based in Spalding, serving clients across Lincolnshire and Cambridgeshire. Their acquisition brings four advisers and nine staff into the group as well as more than 600 clients and £200m FUM.
MT Financial Management joined Fairstone’s Downstream Buy Out (DBO) acquisition model in March 2020. Since then, the business has utilised Fairstone’s support services to deliver an 11% rise in new business growth and a 10% increase in AUM.
