Gavin joined Fairstone in its infancy in 2008 and has helped to shape the business’ organic growth strategy.
Throughout his 15 years with Fairstone he has been responsible for identifying acquisitive opportunities as well as driving organic growth within all acquired firms and supporting IFA practices to achieve their optimal sale value.
Alongside this he leads on the development of key strategic relationships with multiple national partners including top tier universities to ensure the business attracts the brightest graduate talent.
