Claire is a Chartered Member of the CIPD with over 20 years of experience in Human Resources. Her career has been built primarily within the contact centre sector, where she has held senior roles in major organisations including Orange, Sky, and Mayborn Group.

Claire joined Fairstone in April 2018 and as HR Director, leads all aspects of the people agenda. She is responsible for shaping and delivering the company’s people strategy, ensuring that it supports both business objectives and employee development.
