We operate within an ever-changing regulated environment and we recognise that to maintain delivery of exceptional service to our clients, we must continually support the training needs of our people and so in 2010 we introduced The Fairstone Academy to the core business function.

The Academy is available to everyone within the business and it encourages the development of skills and enhancement of qualifications alongside supporting those on the pathway to achieving Chartered status and CII Fellowships.
