The Role

As an administrator operating from our Chelmsford office you will provide administrative support to enable the advisers to be effective and efficient at delivering excellent service to wealth management and mortgage clients. You will work with multiple providers and collate information to support advisers in planning client reviews and preparing for meetings, post-meeting administration and general client servicing support.

The expectation is that the split of time will be around 2 days per week on wealth, 3 days on mortgage but this will fluctuate and so it requires flexibility depending on the needs of the business and workflow.

Key Responsibilities

The Ideal Person



  • Support in preparing annual review reports for existing clients.
  • Creating new business reports for advisers under their guidance.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients.
  • Liaising with providers/lenders, using all systems and software and following relevant submission requirements.


  • High attention to detail, with professional and approachable communication skills with strong command of both written and spoken English.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritise own work effectively and support advisers achieving excellent client service.
  • Good IT skills including Office 365.
  • Ability to work on your own and as part of a team.


  • Ideally at least 2 years experience as administrator in financial/wealth planning sector.
