The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an administrator to work in the New Milton office, as part of a team supporting advisers in all aspects of front desk and reception.

Responsibilities

The ideal person

 

  • Answering the telephone.
  • Dealing with new enquiries.
  • Welcoming customers into the office.
  • Assisting with general administration duties.
  • Respond to client enquiries and lead prospect enquiries on the phone.
  • Opening and scanning of post for the business.
  • Organising and preparing recommendation reports.
  • Work with everyone in the team to meet client needs and improve client outcomes.

 

 

  • Ability to build strong working relationships with both the advisers, clients and the rest of the team.
  • You should possess strong communication skills, be proactive and have a high attention for detail.
  • You must be happy to work on your own and as part of a team and have excellent time management skills.
  • Good IT skills including Office 365 are essential and you should be able to meet deadlines and prioritise effectively.
  • You should have a good telephone manner and good admin skills.
