The Role

As an administrator, the role requires you to provide support to financial advisers and the firms’ clients across a range of different products/investment products. A range of administrative duties including but not limited to processing and input of transactions on provider platforms, preparation of annual review packs, updating and maintaining client records using our CRM.

Qualifications

 

  • Prepare accurate data for client Annual Review packs.
  • Maintain client records and complete administration tasks on internal and provider platforms.
  • Adhere to internal processes.
  • Liaise with providers and clients by telephone and email.
  • Maintain accurate notes for all plans and investments where required.

 

  • Good team player, adaptable, organised and having an excellent eye for detail.
  • Possess strong communication skills and ability to build working relationships with advisers, clients and the team.
  • Able to work independently and within a team.
  • Previous administration experience within an IFA or financial services firm (specifically wealth managment).

 

  • Progress with Diploma In Regulated Financial Planning desired but not essential.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft packages specifically Word and Excel
