Fairstone is recruiting for a finance administrator to provide an efficient and effective admin support to the finance team and various stakeholders.


The ideal person



  • Preparation of bank reconciliations
  • Processing of adviser commission adjustments
  • Raising VAT invoices
  • Completion of direct debit mandates
  • Assistance with purchase ledger
  • Administration tasks across the department


  • Hardworking, conscientious person who can work well individually and part of a team
  • An aptitude for attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fully competent with MS Office, with strong Excel skills
  • Ability to work under own initiative with excellent organisational skills


  • Graduate level
  • AAT Studier
