The Role

We are looking for a full time mortgage administrator to join our highly reputable, successful and professional independent mortgage & protection firm in Swindon.

Applicants will be responsible for supporting our busy mortgage brokers and their clients throughout the whole mortgage process. You will need to be highly motivated & professional.

Responsibilities

The ideal person

 

  • Creating case files & checking documentation.
  • Liaising with lenders, solicitors & estate agents.
  • Providing a friendly and dedicated support service for our clients.
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

 

 

The ideal candidate will:

  • Ideally a minimum of 2 years’ experience in estate agency, mortgage broking or banking is required.
  • Have an ability to prioritise tasks and work on your own initiative is essential.
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate confidently and effectively at all levels.
  • Be highly organised with great attention to detail.
  • Be able to meet strict deadlines, often under pressure.
