The Role

Fairstone are looking for an individual to become the receptionist for the East Midlands Hub. The ideal person must enjoy contact with people and be able to work on their own and be self-motivated.

The role involves answering telephone calls, opening and scanning post, welcoming clients and preparing refreshments and ensuring the property is maintained.

  • Responsible for the business lounge, setting up meetings and arranging refreshments and ordering lunches where needed.
  • Ensuring the hub is sufficiently stocked with stationary and refreshment items.
  • Monitoring the maintenance for the property.
  • Monitoring car parking for the property.
  • Providing administration support to the hub as and when required.

 

 

  • We are looking for a welcoming individual who has previous experience as a receptionist, with strong communication skills.
  • Must have the ability to build strong working relationships with the employees of the hub and the wider Fairstone group both face-to-face and on the telephone.

 

  • Good command of English and Maths.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft packages specifically Word and Excel.
