The role

This is an exciting opportunity for a CRM to work in the Bridgend office of Fairstone.

Our fast growing business offers potential for career progression and this role includes conducting research and analysis of fund and investment performance and the compilation of annual review and new business recommendation report, to assist the advisers within the team.

Progression towards professional exams is expected.

Qualifications

 

  • Produce accurate and well-presented valuation data/portfolio reports and fund performance data for
    actively managed portfolios.
  • Complete annual review and suitability reports.
  • Complete administration on internal and provider platforms.
  • Enter accurate notes or data on income, withdrawals and contributions for all plans and investments
    where appropriate.
  • General admin and ad hoc tasks.

 

  • Ability to build strong working relationships with both the advisers, clients and the rest of the team.
  • Previous experience of working within a similar role within a financial services business is preferred however not essential; You should possess strong communication skills, be proactive and have a high attention for detail.
  • You must be happy to work on your own and as part of a team and have excellent time management skills.
  • Good IT skills including Office 365 are essential and you should be able to meet deadlines and prioritise effectively.
  • You should have a good telephone manner and good report writing skills.

 

  • Financial background preferred.
  • Support for future qualifications will be keenly provided to enable the successful applicant to further their knowledge and ability in the role.
