After graduating from Loughborough University with a BSc in Information Management & Business, Frances joined the financial services sector in 2013 where she has developed an extensive understanding of M&A activity.

Selling a business is unchartered territory for many, so a relationship quickly forged on trust and communication is key. Frances continuously critically assesses the needs of both Fairstone and joining firms to create positive outcomes.

 

Managing over 30 firms into the group. Architect of the onboarding process for joining DBO firms, IBO prospects and regulated individuals designed to allow new joiners to achieve their maximum potential within the group.
